If your graduation year ended in '2' or '7', then 2017 is your big year for reunion! As every other year, all classes are welcome to particiapte in the Alumni Day events, even though the tradition has been for classes to celebrate every five years.
Calling all classmates! Classes are welcome to set up a canopy (no larger than 12x12) by the bandstand for your classmates to gather and visit. Don't miss the Roll Call of Classes during the annual meeting - be there to cheer for your class! Please contact Denise Dennis Shibles '73 for a location.
Visit us in the park while you're waiting for the parade to begin. After you visit the Alumni tent to pay your dues (Dues/Scholarship Donation Form) and sign the guest book, stop by our sales tent to purchase your t-shirt, hat and other items for sale.
Lebanon Arts and Crafts Association will be set up throughout the day. Be sure to browse the tables!
We are working on getting the dunk tank once again, but we need a bit of help with it. Give us a call today if you can lend a hand.
There will be a choice of food vendors for when you get hungry.
Don't forget to stay for our business meeting after the parade! Even though we are bringing back our dinner and dance for the evening, we will still be holding the annual business meeting in the park beginning at 2:00 pm. We have loved the energy and amount of participation in the park over the last few years and would like to keep it going.By-laws change: We will be asking for a vote on a change to our by-laws. Watch for your newsletter for more information. At the end of the meeting will be the presentation of the float awards and the announcement of next year's parade theme!
AFTER THE PARADE
Go home and put your party clothes on and head to the Lebanon Elks! Doors will open at 5:30 pm. Buffet dinner will begin at 6:00. (Be sure to make your reservation before June 1st!) After dinner, we will dance the night away (well, to 11:00 pm) to deejay Tim Cohen. It should be a fun packed night! We'll even try to get in a 50/50 raffle!
